Wow...this is a question i have been looking for a way to ask for long. Many at times, steemit can be so embarrassing and discouraging when someone took his/her time to put some good content here and get little reward from the community My questions goes thus;

• Is there any community one need to belong to before getting recognition on steemit?
• How did you become successful here on steemit and what are your motives?
