We have both worked quite a few customer service jobs from receptionist, to waitress, to barista, to travel concierge, to hotel front desk, to a call center. Needless to say - we've have dealt with a lot of crazy customers... and we both have PLENTY of stories to share!

So, tell me why customer service executives try to convince customers that the solution or advice which they propose is the ultimate solution and nothing better can be done?
