Amy Brown Collection- The Red Queen
I ordered these coins last week in hopes of getting the better half into stacking.....and it worked!!! She absolutely loves them and is actively looking for other coins to add to her stack. She is really interested in the Anne Stokes Dragon series but they are impossible to find.
Enough of the jibberish, let's check out this coin.
This is the first coin in the series from Amy Brown. She designed the coins from the realm of fairies and fantasy. It had a limited mintage of 3000 of which this is #1457. The edge also features the serial number info. It is a really great series and I'm very happy she loves them.
Obverse
The obverse of this coin features the new Red Queen with her mystical unicorn companion. It's a great design and very detailed. I would reference the description from the Anonymous Mint but I don't feel like being harassed by the Cheetah. Here is their much better description than mine. The Red Queen
Reverse
The reverse is the same on all the coins in the series. It depicts a picture based on the fairy from Dusk. There is such great detail to this coin. We'll look at them in some loop shots below.
Coin Detail
With a coin this beautiful you have to show a couple good loop shots. Close ups are one thing but this really shows off the great detail on this. Check these out!
Even though all the coins feature the same reverse, it's my favorite part of the coin.

I like the Amy Brown stuff I have seen around, really detailed and pretty. that last pic is a fantastic close up.
