The Silver Slaughter Continues @thedamus

Y'Arrrr Mateys!

Today was another great day for looting the system. After reading many more posts about silver last night -- i'm following everybody in this group! -- and watching some great vid links, my lust for the shiny was all the more stronger this morning.

Trading polymer for silver is about the best Trade going these days. I got the token bills out of a bitcoin atm for what felt like free -- crypto trading has been good to me ;) -- i took the worthless things into my bullion xchange. And, Voilà! Some glorious booty to add to my hovering stack!
Y'arrr! Hope you enjoy:

I bought 3 X random year (2003) maples, still in the old mint sleeves for $54.45 usd

And then 15 x 2017 1oz Maples that are frosted and have a "Canada 150" privvy mark. These were a little steep, but wtf? They look nizzze...

And, i got a free Superman tube to put them in -- Hoot!

Fyi: Maple price was $23.48 vs $27.68 cad for the 150's -- a steep mark up perhaps, but they're gorgeous.

Btw, the trippy clouds are a reflection off the trunk of my car ;)
Have a great day and keep on stacking!

I bought my first silver back in June, some maple coins aswel! Planning to buy more of it in the future! I did read that gold will possible become easier to obtain (find, mine, filter, ...) because of new technologies, but that it is not the same with silver, this will stay the same of even harder to find in nature + rising demand! So yes, I'm positive about the price in the long run! And it is so lovely to see those shiny coins! Thanks for sharing, great post!

Thanks for stopping by skririm! Those coins you have are magic ;)

One of my partners incrime once said: "buy something that rich people will want..."

It has been very good advice.

Cheers @clumsydad! -- upvote for you ;)

Yaar, thar markups be buggered, them ar some great privy coins!! Lol nice addition to the stack buddy, i recently picked up a few montreal olympic coins and random maples for trade on some $100 for $100 and $20 for $20 coins. Always a nice feeling adding to the pile.

The premiums are a necessity! Otherwise no one would know what was what... it kinda stings paying it -- and super sucks to "cash" them in when, if, you need some scratch. But long term these special coins will be seriously treasured. Or at least i hope so lol
:P

You find some great privy pieces, first the kookaburra, now these Maples, NICE!

I think the Maple with the Sasquatch privy might still be my fave ;)

. . . and the superman tube adds to the uniqueness of your collection . . . Fantastic

Thanks for commenting goldkey. It makes it fun... if it was just the silver play i would be buying RCM 10oz 9999 bars and reg maples, but going after the fancy stuff makes it feel like more of an artistic collection rather than just, and i mean no disregard, a vehicle for preserving wealth.

Nice going mate! Not too steep a markup, especially when silver finally rockets past the $50 -$100 mark. Four dollars extra today will seem like nothing then! So long as it adds to your stack its all good!!
