A victim of our own success. Problem, reaction, solution!

So have you missed me? It's been a while since I felt the need to give any updates, and truth be told Ive been far too busy as of late to actually get one out to you anyway...

But let's kick this off where we usually start:

Take a closer look!! In the past week our VP has taken a massive pounding and dropped like a stone to the low 80%s... To me this is far too low, and although it's been off-set by the 212,000SP, I'd like to see it move back in to the low 90's.

For this reason, I've changed the voting % of our membership levels. GOLD has moved from 58% down to 53%, SILVER has moved from 26% to 21.6%..... etc

This change should not drastically effect the vote $ value of your upvote, but will stabilise the VP and hopefully get it climbing again.

Now yes, the @ssg-community account was set up to help members of the #steemsilvergold community here on steemit, and the moment every member is on the GOLD membership is the day we know this little experiment has been a success. This is the reason why VP has been falling, February saw a larger number than usual opting to go for the top membership level.

The vision @buggedout had almost 2 yrs ago is finally coming true. Throughout this time, I've been fortunate enough to keep the STEEMPOWER growing from 100,000SP to over 210,000SP and in the current climate its clear to see why more members are opting to go "all in" with @ssg-community.

So here is what I'm proposing to do. The account wallet is looking very healthy, so I'm going to go fishing for another 10,000SP delegation to compensate for the sudden drop in VP.

The @minnowbooster /@dlease rates are looking to be around the 12% APR, and while our wallet has more than enough liquid steem to pay for it all up front, I do like to pay for any leases on a weekly basis. Which is why I'll pay more to anyone that will lease us ANY AMOUNT of SP and allow me to pay weekly for it.

We currently have 3 BIG, "off-market" LEASES which I pay weekly. @eeks (70k SP), @pennsif (18.5K) and @spinvest (30K) can vouch for me, plus smaller amounts.

Do you have any SP you want to lease for a better rate than #minnowbooster + save the 10% fee?? If so, get in touch we me, @welshstacker, and we can crunch some number. Leases will be on going and for the foreseeable future.
