The Amazing Beauty Of The Wood Mold 💕
Hey there friends! Today I am going to show the wood mold silver art bars that I have accumulated over the last couple years.
The very unique look you get when you pour molten silver into wood is second to none! It is my favorite type of hand poured silver! The pioneer of the wood pour is @mr-vulcan. He has tons of experience and is a true master! Here is my Mr V kilo wood pourHere are a couple more from Mr V! The Mopar logo...The CSS maple leafThe long bars. #1 is oak and was guilded by @pit-bullion. #20 is purple heart wood. Absolutely awesome bars! There is also the Vulcan/Pit collaboration barThe Bear @theb3ar is also a master of the wood! He pours in oak, along with many other exotic woods, and just different woods in general. Each wood is different and leaves uniquely different patterns. This beauty was poured into a piece of bamboo flooringThis one poured into cocobolo woodThis one in Alder wood Here is one of my favorites. I dont seem to have a COA for it, so I dont know the wood used. I call it the "nuts" bar... because its NUTS! Also looks like the canoe on the Canadian voyager silver dollar 😂This is a bar poured by me, in a leopard wood mold given to me by Bear 💜And a couple pieces poured by Ag Ender from you tube. Here is a giraffeAnd a Packer Logo GAnd last but not least, a bowtie/dog boneWell thats all of them I think 😂 I do love a good wood pour. How about you? I hope you enjoyed this post, my steemy peeps!

I'm pretty fascinated by the different methods of processing and crafting bullion into its final state and it's nice to see this on steemit. I work in manufacturing (I'm an machine designer / engineer) so I usually am interested to learn about how different things are made. I wasn't even aware wood pouring was a thing and those are some really cool pieces!
