Hello #SteemSilverGold - Recruitment Drive

Lets try something different and try to turn the community into something bigger by pushing membership recruitment . We have done memberships cuts in the past to keep member numbers small to ensure we only active members. This has worked well for us so far but with the recent MONSTER RAFFLES we can see that there are other users on steemit that are interested in Precious metals that are not members of #steemsilvergold yet. The Monday membership list will be released in a few hours and it would be great if members were able to get the enrollment table filled up with nominations and see where it brings us and find out the communities true strength.

What's the idea?

I think that there are alot more members on Steemit that are stackers and dont know it yet. With the recent super crashes in the crypto markets, we have the potential to convert some crypto heads into stackitis heads. I got into stacking after i lost all my BTC to mtGox so we might beable to convert a few users. The idea is to swell up our membership list and get as many users as steemit has that are interested in Precious metals as we can so that we get more posts, better content, bigger contests, more upvotes and basically grow as a community should be doing. The #steemsilvergold community tag has been around for over 18 months and has an excellent foundation of hardcore members that will allow us to try things like this without much risk to it all going tits up. Also, when it comes to community projects, we would have a much bigger backing and the ability to get more eyes on whatever we are pushing should it be the 2019 Steem round, MR4, ect. I think it is an excellent time to pursue a recruitment drive and open the gates to Steemsilvergold for steemit. Grow our members while crypto is fading and then reap the rewards when crypto is booming. I am not suggesting to add every Tom, Dick and Harry but anyone that shows an interest.

How do we do it

It's dead simple. All we have to do we write recruitment posts for #steemsilvergold and post them out on our feeds. Each of us have a different followers list so the more members that make recruitment posts, the more different eyes see those posts and the more new members we attract. Below you can see some information about #steemsilvergold that you are free to use and not forgetting the 'Pink Steemsilvergold recruitment bot' video i made a while back. You can also watch the tag for users that are posting in #steemsilvergold that are currently not members, this happens often. You can also check for users in tags #silver #gold as not everyone that posts about precious metals uses are knows about #steemsilvergold believe it are not. We will not be making any posts about the community recruitment drive through the community @ssg-community account as we do not want to confuse the 2 membership lists as being the same. This is something that has to done by members accounts only to push our message simply. Ok, so who's down?

Stuff you can write about in your post

- Community

First off, steemsilvergold as a community as an example of how it should be done. We have everything that our members have ever thought up and pursued. We are 168 members strong, have 3000 posts with 150k comments with first tag posts, have generated over a $250k in post payouts, with a very active discord server being the tip of the ice berg

- Content

Steemsilvergold has some of the best writers in the game producing and adding great stuff everyday. We have analyst's, video producers, reviewers, community project members and much more. We encourage good content at #steemsilvergold and it is an important part of enrollment.

- Curation

One of the main goals of steemsilvergold when it started was to support each member of the community by having a community curation trail. This has not worked out well but we still encourage members to upvote each other to show support from with the community.

- Contests

Having just finished MR3 and collecting over 2000 STEEM in the process, i would say we our in a league of our own. Looking at regular contests, we have the lot. We have raffles/contests/lottos for silver, gold, cryptos, sbi shares, upvotes, csb bundles and more.

- Precious

We have an upvoting bot. @ssg-community aka, Precious the Silver Mermaid has been set up by the members of #steemsilvergold as a community ONLY upvoting bot. Members can either delegate SP are donate liquid STEEM on a monthly basis to receive upvotes from her 110k voting STEEM POWER.

These are a few things off the top of my head to give ideas's but i am sure you can think of other things to write about.
