Ohh Steemsilvergold, what are we going to do next?

It's is December and we are headed toward the end of the year. It leaves me thinking whats gonna happen in 2019 for #steemsilvergold and more importantly Steemit itself. Should #steemsilvergold be a multi platform community? How many of us actually use facepage, shitter and instacrap? They say youtube is the only social media platform that leaves us feeling good about ourselves after using it compared to the rest that show filtered lives. Going multi platform could be the way forward, that's why i have the community name's dot com domain registered. Should shit hit the fan and there comes a day that steemit just disappears and shuts down, we'll have a back plan to continue the community. But that topic is not for today. Todays topic is looking over how awesome we are as a community. 2018 started out strong for us riding the crypto wave with many of us taking the chance to convert STEEM into silver while the price was high. Then we had the problem with our then "community" upvoting bot which was quickly fixed with the introduction of @ssg-community aka, Precious, aka the real community upvoting bot, aka, the bots that not ran by a greedy short sighted prick. And since then, its been crazy since with the yearly Steem round, new members, MONSTER RAFFLE's and lots of other things im forgetting about.

What are you looking forward to for #steemsilvergold 2019?

Oh, oh, oh, me, me, me first. Im looking forward to smart contracts were #steemsilvergold can have its own token backed with silver are gold spot, then there's talk about steemit communities that has been on the roadmap for a while now. That would be a complete game changer and as we already have an established community, we would have a head and shoulders start over everyone else. Look into steemit communites, your head will be blown away. Then we have the 2019 STEEM round, whats the design gonna be? who's gonna win it?, will anyone take part in my UK group buy? We will be planning the next MONSTER RAFFLE for March time i guess so what are we doing in the mean time?

Should we starting planning out what the community would like to do when Smartcontracts are released? It would make sense to have some sort of plan in place so we can be one of the first tokens to run off the blockchain. This subject would need its own post, infact, it would require lots of posts and lots of input from community members to get what we wanted. Im not 100% when they plan to introduce them but a guess would be around March. I would assume that we need a butt load of STEEM to get started and would need some sort of small team of members to maintain everything in the same way 4 members look after Precious. I think we have a mountain ahead of us but we'll get there. Better sooner than later all the same :)

If 2019 becomes another crypto year, than we could see a massive membership increase like we had past Jan-Mar which would surely give everything community related a boost. More content, more comments, more interaction, bigger MONSTER RAFFLES, more STEEM rounds sold and out there, more people making videos, more members helping each other out, more community giveaways, bigger discord community server, more minds working together and a bunch of other great stuff im too bored to write down. We would just scale and be more awesome.
