I Challenge YOU to Show Your Toned Coins! How do they compare to my toned Peace Dollars?
Silver coins can tone in the most vivid colors. I want to share with you the best looking toned coins that I have in my collection.
This first one is a 1925 Peace Dollar.
This second one is a 1927 Peace Dollar.
The last piece I want to show you is my 1935 Peace Dollar.
Naturally toned coins are the result of a long and slow process in which chemicals in the environment affect the surface of the coin. Many of these silver coins toned as a result of the way they were stored for long period of time.source
Do you have toned coins in your stack?
If so, please do show us your toned coins!
That's a real beauty @silversaver888! I picked up a nice unc toned Libertad with some pink and green hues last week.

I love the toners. I have one that is so black it’s hard to see but it’s in great shape.
I'd love to see it!!! Silver and copper coins tend to tone more than gold.
Very cool post! I absolutely love these beauties!! Gorgeous specimens indeed! I may have 1 or 2 laying around 😂 Thank you for sharing yours my SSFL👊💗
I have this nice 5 dollar coin I got in a trade with supplement !!!
WOW. I love how the crest side of the coin is evenly turning, yet on the other, it is local to two opposite spots. It makes one wonder..
Great looking Peace dollars!! I will have to take a few picks of my pocket silver and share with you. Thanks for sharing!!
