HANG LOOSE Hammered Silver Bars
I have two hammered silver pieces to show you today. Both are stamped #1 . I kid you not, these are beautiful!
It took several communications with the pourer, High Five, to get this pour done. He had several graphite molds with hand designs which he had poured into massively. And I wanted something special and more classic.
The first one is a 6.1 oz #1 Square Anitque Hammered Hand.
The 3.4 oz oz #1 Round Antique Hang Loose Hammered Hand
.
The first piece has High Five's typical hand design which I wanted for my community box.
But it is the silver round, Hang Loose, that has significance for me.
Hang loose or the_"shaka"_ is a hand sign that originated from Hawaii, specifically from the island surfers. I grew up giving and receiving shakas from friends.
"Just like “aloha” means much more than just “hello” or “goodbye,” the shaka is more than just a simple greeting or gesture of thanks. Saying “aloha” means that there is a mutual regard and affection for the other person. It is acknowledging the importance of each and every individual in collective existence. This same core value is reflected in the shaka. The simple gesture symbolizes a reverence, solidarity, compassion and friendship. It is a sign of respect and mutual understanding for the recipient." source
Hang Loose, steemit!
I shall see you again in my next post! Take care.
Great pickups! High five does some wicked cool work!
Thanks for being first to comment on this post! Yes he does! I think that his work is up there with Zeke, as they essentially have the same pouring style. These are really p-r-e-t-t-y!!! Thanks again, @thegrenadier.
Gorgeous work from High Five! I will have an upcoming video featuring on of his pieces and man what a professional. He was wonderful to work with and totally skilled at his art as is shown by those pieces. Really amazing pieces @silversaver888 and so happy you shared them!
Thank you for your continued support of SteemSilverGold
These are really cool! I like the almost crater-like look to the backs of them. Very unique and different. Thanks for sharing!
Aren't they pretty. They look fabulous, and chunky to hold. I love these silver pieces! BTW, I just followed you, my friend. I appreciate you dropping by and leaving a comment! Take care.

🤙🏻 those are both really cool! Meat story as well.
These two are some of the coolest silver in my booty box! I do love playing with them. They are so chunky and has a great feel to them. I am so glad to have them in my collection. Thanks @armshippie for dropping by! I appreciate you.
Very unique looking pieces. It reminds me of my tombstone and that’s one of my favorites. Thank you for sharing 👍🏼🍺🥓
Thanks, cugino! These pieces are really very nicely finished. I should have attached a video of it so that I can better share the beauty of these pieces. Have a great day, take care.
I like that hammered finish. 🤙🏻
These ones are really hammered very nicely, and deep. It must have taken much elbow grease to antique them then polish a to super shiny state. A beautiful contrast... and each indentation done by the hammering process is distributed evenly throughout the surface... you can tell it was not indiscriminate hammering of the soft silver bar, but a deliberate design element. It is fabulous!!!
Cool bars SS! 😎 They look like coral! Good choices today 👍 Keep em comin my SSFL👊💗
I cannot believe that it took me three months before opening this package. They are so chunky, beautiful> I've had them out for two days now, and they are fast becoming my favorite. Love High Five's finishes... those are some nice pours 👍🏼
He essentially does either shiny, antiqued or hammered. So it is nice to have all three elements in these bars that he poured and finished for me. Just BEAUTIFUL!!!!
