Well actually it's been done for about 16 hours now, but I was trying to come up with a good title.

It's one of the not so good days at work here now, something about blue and red and full moons!

Anyways I reprogrammed all the levels for February based on all the donations and delegations I had received at that time. I will try to get back into the bot tomorrow sometime and make an final adjustments, but after that I'll just be logging in about once/week to make changes so if your late and really want to upgrade, you'll be getting a bit less than a full month. Which is fine for delegations, but sucks for donations.

There was a few people that had unresolved penalties that got taken of the list and some that we below the penalty threshold that were also removed from voting.
