One key thing that i left out and need to add is...
Vegan diets are extremely high in polyunsaturated fats which are hard on the body and do major damage to you testosterone levels. To counter balance this you need to take fish oil supplement. I would suggest taking a high quality fish oil such as Nordic Naturals. That is the brand of fish oil i use personally. I would suggest 3 pills twice a day, taken with breakfast and dinner.
If you stay to high in polyunsaturated fats for to many days your estrogen level will double or triple which will cause muscle tissue breakdown.

Thank you. That’s one of the top reasons why our society has such a weight problem. Fried foods are typically done in soybean, corn, vegetable or canola oil. All of them are extremely high in polyunsaturated fats. It destroys your hormone levels, even in women.
