I'm sure we also have the "option" to reduce the 1% to a smaller percentage... I'm still saying no change... We need to Hold Onto a Small Percentage up-voting power for non-paying Members that can be adjusted from Time to Time... Trust me... I know about low percentage up-votes...lol...
