Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, pretty much says that Congress has the Power to Coin Money, and "Regulate" the Value thereof... "We the People" have a Back-Up Plan to Replace Fiat Money with "Sound Money"... Yes... We're Returning to "Sound Money"... You can Rest Easy... We're in Control...

    That provision simply prohibits the STATES from inflating their debts away with paper money, it has no binding impact on the Federal government
