That's like asking if Fiat USD's depend on their Face Value or their Burn Value... Everything about our new and improved currencies, will depend on their Face Values, backed by the Face Values of our Corrected Silver and Gold Coinage... $1 in Clad Coinage will have the same Spending Power as a New $1 Silver Coin...
