The major change will be that our Electronic Coinage will be backed by our Silver and Gold Coinage...
The only difference between Digital Dollars and Cents, is that Electronic Coinage will have Dollars, Cents and "Decimal" Cents... I just had to figure out a way to tell them apart from each other...
