The only difference between Digital and Electronic, are their Names... I felt the need for a Clear Difference... .0099 Decimal Cents, plus .0001 is equal to .01 or 1 Cent... This was needed to make Change for a Physical One Cent Coin... Who would have ever thought, we'd need to make change for a Penny...??? Canada stopped using Pennies...
