What is the game plan for the pot. Are we all sending them to one guy, or sending them as we get a winner.
The idea is to spread it far and wide so we maximise the number of happy winners and the chances of landing silver into a new stackers hands - even a new members hands.
That said I know some people would prefer a big fat pot for one person to win, but there is nothing to stop a handful of guys getting together and pooling up a prize to put in together.
I had wondered if there might be a certain prestige associated with putting up the largest prize (that then becomes 1st prize) so I'm also a bit reluctant to take that opportunity away from potential sponsors.
But yeh, it's our first raffle like this so lets just see what works :)
