While there is no minimum delegation, we do have a 2500sp cap(max). The maximum dldaily upvote is currently 85%. I try and keep on top of the voting power as best i can, and the voting % can fluctuate slighlty as we accommodate more people joining. The lower voting % is then offset by the higher voting power.... so while the % may decrease as we get more members, the vote value($) should remain the same as the VP continues to climb.
We currently have 89,500 VP voting a few accounts daily.
