Lol! My daughter is a roofing foreman and she is rabid about safety. On one job, the very first day she left, to run another job, the guy who took over didn't do proper safety and something large blew off the roof. Fortunately nobody was hurt, but boy was she angry!!! She spent half an hour, ranting on the phone with me about how she tells them a million times that you have to secure your area before you even begin and the first day she leaves for another job, they forget everything!
