I just read your intro post as well. You have been posting some downright obscene (in the best possible way) gold and silver. Was this photo taken at your work? Are these beasts being melted down to smaller rounds?

Yes, these photos are being taken by me personally in the course of operating our bullion dealership. And yes, these types of bars are typically submitted for delivery to a major North American mint for conversion into, ultimately, more usable product produced by that mint - and then put up for sale to other dealers and the general public.
