Yes it is. But honestly it’s not worth it.
CPU’s are not good enough to mine bitcoins. I saw some stats like yoj will mine 0.20$ per day for 24h use. These kind of apps will also charge a small comission which will bring your profit per day at 0.15$ ?
I recommend you at looking at special gear (200$) which will do only one thing, but really good : mining. Maybe mine altcoins which are easier.
By the way I just developed an android application which combines Bitcoin and Clicker Game with simulation. Check it out and tell me what you think, it's still in development :)

Terrible idea tbh, Gpu is the only way to go and it is only going to get harder to mine these beastcoins in the future. Alternatively crypto currencies that are easier to mine maybe an option but many of them will fail eventually
