Putin orders to end trade in US dollars at Russian seaports

I wanted to share this with the #steemitsilvergold community.
RT, a Russian international television network funded by the Russian government, is reporting that Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to approve legislation making the ruble the main currency of exchange at all Russian seaports by next year.
It seems we are seeing a speeding up of countries wanting out of the dollar. The cracks in the US dollar seem to be growing by the day.
