Oriental border Britannia
Sharing with you some of my latest purchases (which is a little heavy last month, need to cut back).
This is the Oriental Brittania, with an ornate oriental border.

I think the borders are Chinese stylistic representation of clouds, but I am not entirely certain of it.
The reason I posted the stock photo above, is that I cannot really take a good photo of mine!!!
It came in the sealed bag from the mint, and with @britcoin's advice, it is best to leave them in there to prevent air from tarnishing them, so I am not opening them!!
According to the Royal Mint, these 2018 coins are to celebrate their historic relationship with Asia (or maybe their plunder of the region historically?). The Britannia is flanked by an ornate oriental border inspired by the Chinese-themed rooms at Buckingham Palace and the Royal Pavilion in Brighton.
According to MCM, the mintage of the silver Brittanias are limited to 100,000 coins and there is a gold version too, limited to 5,000 coins. Not exactly rare, but smaller batch, I suppose. And, unlike the standard version of the coins that ships in tubes and plastic flips, these coins are issued by the Mint in protective capsules.
