You have to be careful when diversifying, don't be led to think that just because it is a different crypto currency that it counts as diversifying. If they have similar risks, even though they could have different, unique benefits, the same news or other cause could drag it down. For example diversifying against China's bans could be buying NEO, because even though you might buy a different currency, it might not really be diversifying.
