Wow, I don't know who was involved but if you can't or are not willing to ship out the product in a timely manner then refund the other party. You literally have no excuse not too. I'm sure a refund was asked for before it escalated to calling someone out. But to then threaten to not send product or refund? You lose reputation and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone like that.
