This is funny. I did not know this (being Dutch I should know) but this person appeared in a 70's tv serie called Floris (played by a young Rutger Hauer) as Lange Pier (Long Pier see pic.) and he had a servant wearing his sword. 
hiya one of the reasons i found this interesting was because of the dutch connnection, i have lived in Holland a couple of times and loved it, when i was around 3 possibly nearly 4 yrs old i lived more out in the country small as it is :) and then later i moved back there in my late teens and lived and worked in amsterdam, i loved evry minute and still to this day miss the friends i had there its over 30 yrs ago now but the memories are still strong, i was very fond of the place and still would love to go visit Efteling, i was always at work when i was there so never got to go visit and it looked brilliant, i havent seen this tv series i shall go have a search for it , though i pity the poor servant :) thank you for visiting my little steem home i appreciate it and thank you for chatting i hope you have an excellent pirate sunday much respect to you
