Special Gift from @silversaver888

Welcome to a very special and truly meaningful post here at D Wings World! There are many milestones in the stacking community, when you content on social platforms. At least from my perspective , these include reaching 100 subs, making connections and trades with others in the community, and one I thinik we can all agree on is being gifted an awesome Silver Saver Bar!
For those of you that don't know @silversaver888, she is not only an extremely kind person, but part of the very soul of the stacking community. She is always willing to help new members of the community, she offers advice and even silver to the community, plus she always supports our community pourers. You may remember a little while back I sent @silversaver some war nickels and a 3/4 oz round because she deserves it for all she does. Well she let me know I would have a special package en route. I did not know what to expect and then I got word from Silver Saver that the package had made its way back to her. This only added to the thrill and awesome surprise when it arrived!
Here I share with you one of the most meaningful and emotion provoking pieces I have ever gotten.

Here is Sal the Silver Gnome showing off how this amazing piece arrives. It is in a beautiful classic white box with a white bow affixed to the top. Simply stunning and awesome!

After removing the bow this is the note you see. In a very lovely font it allows you know a special gift from an awesome person awaits you!

Opening the note you will find a simple and meaningful message from the one and only @silversaver888. She manages to pack so much meaning in only few words it is incredible.

Taking the box lid off you will find a custom inside to hold the piece safely. There is a thin layer of foam over the bar just hinting at the awesomeness that awaits!!

Removing the foam you can first see the beauty in the box. The bar has a great luster to it and a wonderful design with Silver Savers name in the center of the bar. The detail that is captured is truly awesome. The letters are crisp and really done well.

Even Sal the Silver Gnome can not resist trying to adorn himself with the wonderful bar!

The reverse of the bar holds all the details. First and foremost the stamp of @mr-v, whom poured the bar (She did a simple amazing job capturing the detail and with the gorgeous finish!) and I believe here and @mr-vulcan are responsible for the awesome packaging as well! The top of the bar has the issue number; mine is 26 (so cool)!! The bottom list the weight of the bar coming in just below an ounce at 29 grams. Finally, the quality of silver is listed and it is .999 fine silver! The smooth finish on the reverse is a thing of beauty as well.

Wanted to give you an idea of the thickness of the bar. This really stuns me because of how deeply the top of the bar is recessed and sharp. This is hard to do with a piece that is thinner and the skill of the pourer, @mrs-v really shines here!

The Silver Saver Bar is more than a bar to me and its intrinsic value is so much more than its silver weight. These bars can only ever be gifted from @silversaver888, which makes them super rare. Even more amazing is that the bar represents being a true part of the silver community, and I am still honored to have Silver Saver gift me one! This bar is prominently displayed at my home. I look at it each morning to remind me of how much this community means to me and it motivates me to keep being as active as possible both stacking and connecting with all the wonderful members of this community!!
