You now face the question that haunts us all... How big of a stack is enough? When you know the answer... you will likely change your mind.
In the long run, I personally don't see me getting more than 5% of my net worth tied up in metals, but your feedback will probably prove true in the future. Always a new mintage or release... but in the future, I'd probably focus on collecting unique coins vs larger quantities of basic bars/coins to keep it fun.
