A coin from our stack

We have posted and shared this coin before but we are still looking for more information on it.
this is another Ebay find:

On eBay it said it was a paperweight but that the seller didn't know anything about it. We thought it was cool, so we made him an offer and we got it for $30. The only information we have found is this one post https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/1999-statue-liberty-troy-pound-proof-443362522
and it has a COA in the pics but can't read any more about it and it states it is a copper core layered in platinum. Specific gravity test comes up in the copper range. There was a very thin plastic case that was all broken and cracked when arrived. So if anyone has any information on this we would love to hear about it.

Thanks for reading and Happy Stacking!

No info about this round.

There was a big deal about Liberty dollars. I don't know if it applies to your coin, they look the same. The Liberty "dollar " was minted with $1.00 dollar and they got in big trouble, they considered it counterfeiting. It was .999 Silver and might be from the same mint, and if they just removed the $ it would make them legal .

Thanks another crumb to do some searching on!
