A few days ago @pit-bullion was on discord asking fellow members of the #steemsilvergold community which one of several different silver pieces he should put up for raffle. After much discussion followed by oooing and aaahing over pit’s collection, THIS pyramid was raffled.
But there was something I liked MORE! 😃
I asked Pit his price to just sell me the piece for $$$. A deal was quickly made.
Well look what arrived today!!!!!
I was so excited I opened the mail in the car! ☺️

HOW FREAKIN’ CUTE IS THIS OWL?!!
Look at that ADORABLE owl paunch!
Stamped on the back and .999 fine.
This little cutie stands up on his own (I can put him on the mantle) and weighs 4.8oz. This is only my third hand poured piece and the heaviest piece of silver in my collection. The weight feels good in my hand and he is sooooo shiny. It makes me not want to touch him for fear of the tarnishing. I love this little owl so much and am super excited I snagged him before Pit raffled him or put him back in a drawer in Vegas.

For tonight he’ll rest in the cardboard silver box (I really need better storage). Tomorrow I will find him a special spot for display.
