That was a pain..so quit them all and ran through over here..it's peaceful now...don't have to read messages from my inbox and reply all the time..haha...
Basically the verification works like this: you connect your external account to your steemit account to ascertain its you. It gives you a special badge on the steemitboard site for it. If you haven't seen the steemitboard here it is: http://steemitboard.com/board.html?user=blog-fictions
