I've been trying to get this entry started and I've had two smokes to calm me down and still I'm a bit of a mess so I'm just gonna speak and freestyle this.

It has not been an easy 2 months.

There's so much going on in all angles on Steemit and with the whole Stax blow up thing on top of it all, my spirits have been low with anything concerning Steemit.

I cracked and walked out the SSG server over the weekend, confused, out of place and just tired.

Out of nowhere comes Mr.TeamCanada @goldenarms checking in on me seeing wtf.

At that moment, I knew he truly was one of the few people on here I could really call my friend and when I thought I couldn't cry anymore I cried some more.

Stacking

I'm a collector at heart. I have collected all sorts of things in the past. Barbie dolls (don't laugh, I had a bad ass collection), books, crystals.. It's all awesome but it doesn't guarantee my future.

Collecting precious metals however...

When the market was doing awesome at the start of the year, I set aside some crypto to buy silver and gold with. I actually wanted to do a JM Bullion order and was ready to go only to find out they don't ship to Australia.

Then crypto crashed... and now I'm been on the HODL position for God knows how long I think I'm starting to cramp.

Long story short, I've had to be content with window shopping.

A little back story.. I've known GA for a while now. I actually remember when he was super new and didn't know Discord and we had to chat via email 😁

A week or so later I found him lounging around in the #TeamAustralia channel in PAL launching a #TeamCanada takeover...

If you follow @goldenarms you'll know he's a serious stacker and has one of the best collections I've seen, drool worthy, with so much gold it's blinding. You'll also know he's a true, loyal and generous friend.

I can actually say no one on Steemit has had my back as many times as @goldenarms. Not that I go looking for trouble, it just finds me and out of no where GA would pop up.

Like the gmor thing? The yehey thing.. The zeartul thing (though that was more like a double team thing).. Every voting thing... The ssg thing...

Now this thing...

It was ages ago we were chatting and I was oogling his new gold bars, that I shared my sentiment about missing out on the Pegasus coin at SillverGoldBull. Out of nowhere he said he'll get it for me, cos he wants to send @bmj something and now I can send it. Weeks later he comes back with a photo of it, and here I am today.

Thank you so much @goldenarms. You've been such an amazing friend you didn't have to send me anything but I'm so touched and forever grateful that you did.

She is just amazing!!! The details everywhere. The way the wing curves in on the edge of the design, how it says FREEDOM and I so could see Freedom Girl soaring the skies with Pegasus.

The back is even more loaded up with details, this my favourite of them all.

She's just gorgeous and I'm happy to report I resisted temptation and didn't touch the silver with my bare hands. She goin' stay in mint condition 👌 and if my house burns down I'll be grabbing her and my cat and running... ohh and the 2017 Steem Rounds too... ohh and Hubby!!!
