Discipline is the key to success. Persistance does pay off if it is accurate. In the optimize movement people refer to “ perfect practice makes perfect” and i feel that is the secret to the secret to success.

We need to be on the edge of our experience - challenging ourselves just enough to improve, but not so much that momentum is lost. If some thing is not working - evaluate and reassess. The persistance is keep doing while adjusting and adapting process as needed.

And in the end there is the deaded “ correct thing at the correct time and place”. Maybe the world is not teady for the thing that is being done. Either you have to wait or keep shifting the presentation till people get it. Just because you know its a good idea does not imply that the world is ready for it.

Also give value first. Before expecting or demanding people follow, comment , upvote you - how about you give to the community first. i see so many posts requesting upvoted before they have even contributed to the post. That is a habit that should be shifted. Give first. And give because you want to give verses expecting a return.
