This takes engagement to a whole new level! A community can be bought but, it will not last any length of time... because it would be only about the money! I have seen this fail in several industries... it is like people looking for the best bribe! Now to reward based on efforts is a totally different perspective. Doing this effort is sort of a carrot effect! The carrot infront of the horse is always much more productive than just filling there bellies with carrots. This to me is very innovative!
