UPDATE: @steemrepair admin exclusion, monthly salary for staff and guest posts

ADMIN EXCLUSION

From this day forward, to maintain maximum objectivity as much as possible admin @aschatria is excluded from financial gain earned by @steemrepair account and any gain made by the curation ( voting) trail, including curation and author rewards, donations or any rewards or proceedings made on the name of @steemrepair.

After this posts, admin will no more sign any post by her own Steemit username.

MONTHLY SALARY FOR THE STAFF

For their service, effort, promotion, support and work on our server, the @steemrepair staff ( including the pods, sponsor, and counselors - 8 people in total - @rasamuel @bapin @debbietiyan @udezee, @ninjadroidx, @shawnamawna, @raymondspeaks and @monajam), will receive all income created by @steemrepair equally and use it in the way they choose.

Salary for the staff will be counted from THIS POST and with this post included forward and will be paid out each 1st in the month starting from 1st of May 2018.

To assure absolute liquidity and efficiency old KEYS are revoked, so any tutorial submission from the side of the STAFF has to be submitted to the admin and will be published in the form of the general post which profit goes to the mutual fund for the monthly share.

GUEST POSTS FOR THE MEMBERS

GUEST POSTS WITH SMART STEEM CONTRACTS is experimental feature for the full members, and it is open for the debate.

STAFF should decide HOW MANY weekly guest post we will publish.

What is the idea?
Members can re-purpose (rewrite) their own old technical or tutorial posts to be published on the Steemrepair main account and receive 100% reward for it.

What is a process?
Create the post in the editor with all parts and then copy the whole code into a text file.
Add title and tags on the top of the post text file.
Send text file to the admin in PM.
A post will be published through the application that will add you as a 100% benefactor.
Once released, the entire reward will be transferred directly to your wallet.
Payment is directed by the smart contract and it is irreversible.
Once published you will receive a link from the admin in the SteemD, steem ledger showing a whole contract.

All three updates are admin's recommendation to the pods who had no objection to any, nor they expressed to give any other more fitted alternative to support growth of our group.
Third recommendation, the guest member post, is open to a debate.
