Pandora raises an eyebrow at the dwarf with braids, sighs, and then tells the dwarf with the braids she is looking for a new longbow for a very important classified mission, and casually mentions that she will put in a good word with Lord Darkcloak if he gives her a good deal on IT.
The GM is having characters roll personality checks when bartering with NPCs. Roll a d20 and add your personality score. The NPC does the same and the higher score beats out.
