Hello steemians,

I hope you are all having a nice weekend. Sunday has always been a special day in our family. This is the day when the family comes together after a long and exhausing week sharing their experiences and special moments. At such day there is usually something special served :)

So, its Sunday and I would be more then happy to share with you one of my favourits - "Hennessy Fine de Cognac". The brand "Cognac" is named after the city "Cognac" in France and its surrounding wine-growing region. It is basically a variety of brandy gaines though white wine.

So let us have a look at "Hennessy Fine de Cognac". Just from looking at the bottel you already get the impression holding something classic in hands. As the bottle is tranparent you can see the coloring of the Congac already.
Its bright and full color makes one willing to try it.
On the other hand the label of the bottle itself is very clean and holding no room for specualtion. It is all right to the point.

Look: clean & simple look; beautiful goldish coloring.

When opening the bottle a fresh and full smell of wine is flooding the air. You are immediately being reminded of wine and can clearly imagine where it comes from. You get the kind of picture in mind being in Frnace at a chalet, sitting in chair and having a glas of cognac in hand enjoying the beautiful weather and people around you.

Smell: intense and enriched of wine; very fresh & fruity.

Alright, we opened up the bottle and finally gave some in a cognac glas. The smell and look of it is just shouting out for you to taste it!!!

First zip taken and your mind is totally into France. Right from the beginning you will be experiencing an intense, fully flavoured taste of plumbs, wine and a touch of oak. It is very round and smooth. When having swollowed it the full flavour enriches and stays for quite some time. Just outstanding and you should enjoy every single moment of that.

Taste: faboulus; rich of wine, plumbs and a touch of oak; intense from the beginning but smoothen shortly after; in the end giving price all its flavour.

All over a very good & highly recommendable cognac. For people being new into it maybe the intense taste in the beginning is a little too much however its flavour should totally outweight that.

I hope you have enjoyed that as much as I did :)

Cheers,

Okay so next time I will try this brand. I am always open for any recommendation and definitely following you :D for more of it !

thanks a lot @macchiata... just be careful about terminology you are using... it is Cognac not brandy and the French are quite strict about it :)
