This movie tell a simple story of the grandson of the rich person being kidnapped, but the grandfather is reluctant to give a ransom. This story has a prototype. The story takes place in Rome in 1973, when the world's richest man, the grandson of Old Getty, was kidnapped and the kidnappers demanded a ransom of $17 million. Old Getty loves this grandson, but he feels that paying 17 million ransom is too expensive, which means that his 14 grandchildren will be kidnapped if he easily pay.
