WHY ACNE AT YOUR FACE???
Break Out terms commonly used when facials are acne attacked in congregation and at the same place. Hands, it is worse if there are black scars again.
This breakout makes us less confident when dealing with people. Only a person who knows how to know what his mood is (can share the experience in the comments section below).
What exactly is the breakout cause? we look at it all together.
Hormones
Mostly most teenagers experience acne problems caused by sebaceous glands and develop more sebum under the influence of hormones known as androgen hormones.
But do not worry as this sebum will decrease with age. Is on menstruation cycle, a new will start to come out. It's a hormone problem as well.
Bacterial Infection
It appears that there is bacteria in our skin cells. These bacteria eat sebum and the cells die on the surface of the skin. People with acne problems usually have more bacteria on their skin. That's why it's not advisable to touch our face at our own free will Because it will cause the bacteria to spread.
Food
Spicy and greasy foods tend to cause inflammation and worsen acne. Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables wwhich contains vitamin A will helps to reduce acne.
Stress
More stress, more acne will come out. Why?
the adrenaline and the androgens hormone will come out excessively when we got stress.
Use of cosmetics and makeup
Undamaged face perfectly can pore and contribute to skin problems. sharing shaving tools also can spread bacteria. It's advisable to clean makeup tools after use.
Sunshine
The heat from the sun can makes our skin sweating and greasy as well as clogging the pores.
Clothes
It also contributes to acne especially in the back of the body. For the back of the body there are thousands of glands and pores for oil trap and sebum. Wear suitable clothing in Malaysia weather and there is a cotton-like ventilation.
The best is , according to a study wearing clothing that does not reveal the skin can prevent it from being exposed to skin cancer and bacterial infection from pollution. There is wisdom why Islam tells us to cover aurat.
