How To Deal With Haters On-line and Off-line

It can be very difficult today with all the haters that are out there. They are on-line and they are off-line. It seems that civility and kindness are not being practiced as much today as before.

So, what can you do about it? Well, in this video I share with you 5 steps that can help you in the midst of the most grueling and difficult situations.
