Ingredients Of Masala Fried Pomfret
For the fish:
1 pomfret
Semolina/ Suji, to coat
Oil, to shallow fry

For the masala:
2 tsp ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 Tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Juice of 1 lemon

For the warm cabbage and kiwi salad:
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 red chilli, slit
1 green chilli, slit
2-3 curry leaves
1 spring onion, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
Salt
Pepper
1 kiwi
1/2 tsp vinegar
Sugar, a pinch
Grated coconut, to garnish

How to Make Masala Fried Pomfret
For the masala:In a blender mix together ginger, garluic, oil, turmeric, red chilli and lemon juice.Masala is ready.
