你可以不生氣嗎？

以前我還蠻愛為一些瑣事生氣的，屬於火爆脾氣，可以說沾火就著的主。作為女生這樣子，真是有些恐怖。後來因為接觸了佛法，信仰佛教，就很少生氣、發脾氣了。

因為人生在世，最重要的是做一些自己覺得有意義的事，氣呢都是“爭”來的。你不“爭”，就沒了閒氣，只有沒了閒氣，你才會做好事情，也只有沒了閒氣，你才能健康地活著。

生氣呢，說到底其實就是用別人的過錯懲罰自己，是最愚笨的行為。而且經常生氣還是百病之源，損害自己的身心健康，俗話說“氣大傷身”，但卻很少有人在自己怒火中燒時候，讓自己的心平靜下來。雖然生氣發脾氣一時痛快了，可因而因為生氣傷害了自己的身體，真是得不償失。

而且經常生氣，會導致心律不齊、心肌缺氧、增加肝臟的壓力、傷害肺部、傷害腸胃、損傷免疫系統等等。看看！這麼多的壞處！而人們有時都因為一些雞毛蒜皮之事，大動肝火，其結果卻是自己的身體受到損傷，真是不值呀！

所以我們遇到任何事情，不要發火，不要生氣，要學會把煩惱轉化為菩提，不要被惡的境所轉，就像手電筒一樣，不要只照在他人暗處，更要照見自己的內心，常常微笑，敞開心胸，讓快樂健康常伴隨自己左右。快樂也是一天，痛苦也是一天，何不讓自己快快樂樂的過一天呢！
