Pasta Buffet from Secret at Louisiana

The most stress free kind of consuming food I think it will always be buffet, excluding those free meals of course... Well for buffet you only pay once but then you can (eat all you can) meals, if you are a person with huge intestines then yes it will always be worth it for you. So me and my colleagues are really hungry last Saturday, we went to have lunch at Secret of Louisiana for some pasta feast.

This is only available during Lunch time, if there was a night time I might come again for round 2, hahaha. The price is only RM24.90 for weekdays and RM27.90 for weekends, for me the deal is really cheap because buffet usually costs RM50 and above, depending on what type of food you are having such as steamboat, barbecue, Japanese , Korean etc.

One rule of buffet is that you always pick the food that is much more expensive instead of those common ones. Also, try to eat slower instead of having it all at once to save some space and prevent your stomach getting bloated. Soft drinks is definitely a no-no for buffet because the gas tends to take up huge space of your stomach. This is almost the same as packing lots of clothes into a small bag, using up every single space as much as possible.

Well that's buffet strategy, I have to say the spaghetti here is really tasty and the noodles are extremely slippery unlike the usual ones from normal restaurant, most of them aren't cook properly. This place is definitely a place to have quality spaghettis, and the best part about it is that "EAT ALL YOU CAN"
