My ArtVenture: Pastel portrait “A girl“
Hello dear Steemians,
Once again I returned to my favorite subjects drawing portrait and especially face in ¾ rotation is my favorite, because you can created the shadow one one side using the light source from another. What I like in that is there are so many different colours in shadows my favorite is blue, actually it is not obvious but once I added blue to create the palette of my shadows and it just brought all colours to lighten up.
My favorite medium for portrait is Pastel, because I can mix them on my paper and if I do not like the result of colour mix I can erase it and start from beginning. Pastel has so huge variety of colours and all of them are so bright. That you can only reach with pure pigment.
