There is always a first time.

Though we had taken lots of couple portraits before, this is our first time to become official photographers. The couple to be are family friends and asked if we can shoot their wedding which will be on December.

Groom to be has a very hectic schedule so even if the wedding is still two months away, we decided to arrange the engagement shoot on October 20, just the right time for both of them were available and so were we.

But it was not an easy shoot. The weather was unpredictable. It was sunny and cloudy that Saturday morning but ended up raining harsh and strong with a combo of wind. We had to pursue it because that's the only time we have.

It was a miracle when the sun peaked from the skies at four in the afternoon, an hour of waiting was not bad at all because we were given just two hours to shoot the entire session.

Juliet and Alquisar

A few things about the couple:

Juliet and Alquisar were high school classmates back in 2005. Their love story began obviously when they were still teenagers, that means, they have been together for more than a decade.

They've been through a lot of challenges with their relationship. There were misunderstandings, quarrels of course won't be absent and more but their love prevailed and now, they are on their way to binding their heart and souls for eternity.

A decade may feel like a long journey, but the true inception of this love story is just about to unfold - a life within each other's arms, rising up daily with you alongside, getting through the day with the thought of coming home to your embrace and caress.
It's all about creating a little world of our own, together and in love, with our own road to forever!
