What is a columnist?

What is a columnist? Is this a special status and advantage? Who can or should be a columnist? If a journalist who has just received a pencil writes a certain position, can it be counted as a columnist? Why do newspapers try to have lots of columnist articles?
The author of the book is a writer in the Wikipedia - a writer who is a column of paper, a magazine, and a web page that is constantly on the internet. According to the Internet encyclopedia, columnists are divided into different groups. For example, the author recommends writing advice in a non-academic language, a mouthpiece, and more in the form of an adverb, under a general heading. This status refers to those who come from correspondence "journalism" profession.

The second type writers are critically column writers. Such authors are experts in their fields. In the world practice, the title of a critical columnist is characterized by the fact that many writers in the field of literature and art have appeared.

The third type writers are gossip, gossip authors. Typically, writers who write articles that are not accurate in all areas, from politics to media, to sources that are unknown to the source.

Humor, satire (humorist) authors are also considered to be categories. In addition, there are separate categories, such as kitchen, weather, law, stock exchange writers.

In modern newspapers, besides these categories, concepts such as politics, diplomacy, economics, magazine, sports writers have been shaped. Over time, especially in the Western countries, instead of writing columnists, the type of columnist specialized in a specific area begins to stand out. Meanwhile, the type of news-based columnist has grown wider. This type of author has a special bureau - people are engaged in news gathering. The columnist, on the basis of the news, talks to the relevant circles either by himself or through his assistants, collects, analyzes, and then publishes additional information.

This tendency is also observed in the Turkish media that we refer to, but here it is still dominated by all. In addition, column labels in the Turkish press are also pluralistic. Experts have reason to believe that newspapers based on cuneiform literature are less expensive than newsletters based on news. Because serious newsgathering is not about rumor - it's an expensive job, and media bosses prefer low cost-based corners. But of course, there are serious writers who write news stories.
