Manga Review: Ai Kora

Ai Kora or also known as Love and Collage is a comedy harem manga created by Inoue Kazurou. There's only one word that describes this manga, funny, super funny. This is probably more humorous than One Piece in my opinion.

I just finished this last week and I was laughing from beginning to end, like every chapter. It's a pity that it doesn't have anime or OVA as this is something you'd read over and over again because of the humou.

 

Ai Kora Plot

Meet Maeda Hachibei, our protagonist who unlike most guys, he has never fallen in love before and doesn't go to a lot of girls. Instead, he yearns for specific body parts only.

After graduating middle school, he then decided to go to Tokyo to attend high school and believes he will meet the girls that has the body parts that he loves.

He then finds himself in an all girls dormitory with 5 girls that has all the body parts that he loves, cat like blue, eyes, bullet-train breasts, deep dulcet voice, straight “anime-esque” legs and a waistline shaped like fine Japanese pottery. This is where everything goes crazy.

Ai Kora Review

I could say that the main character in Ai Kora is so far the best in the harem and ecchi genre. He is not the typical shy type boy that blushes and gets flustered when he sees sensitive parts of women. He is actually dedicated and gains super human strength when he needs to protect the girls.

The focus of the story is about his everyday life in school and dormitory and how he does his best for the girls like protecting them from criminals and stuff.

But once you get to the late chapters, there would be a plot and the story would turn from nothing into something yet still very funny.

It has around 120 chapters and they're all entertaining to read.
