Wow that's amazing! I love kumquat marmalade, but this is on a whole new level!!! I'd LOVE to try them one day - wow! I can kinda IMAGINE the taste without having any idea what it tastes like, if you know what I mean. Crazy. I wonder where I can get them from? They are such pretty trees, I always wanted to grow one.
You're in Australia, right? I don't know if you can get them from China town around the chinese new year time because I know there's a big chinese population in Australia. But if you happen to see them on the menu in a chinese restaurant or cafe next time, try them out!
