Aah - I used to live in Haverford W.... a great part of the country, which benefits from the gulf stream....
I try and eat as much Organic produce as I can, not so much for the ethical side, but primarily in the avoidance of needless pesticides, herbicides and fungicides, that have internal distruptive effects etc etc etc...
I have also found that there are a number of Organic certification schemes... Of which i prefer the Soil Association for their stringent rules and regs.

Yeah, once you are out in the small villages and towns, it can be quite hard to source #Organic Produce.
